Following prior consultations with Community Organization Practitioners Association of Kenya (COPA-Kenya) - a professional membership body of social development workers, COPA has organized a Forum for Grassroots Peoples Settlements (slums) on proposed new constitution.

About 400-500 participants are expected to attend.

The venue of the event will be at Ufungamano House, University way on

27th April 2010 from 9.00am – 1.00pm.

3.      Sections 26 and 43

4.      Chapter 5 – Part 1

5.      Chapter 8 – Part 1 – section 96, 98,100 and 104

6.      Chapter 10 – Judiciary – Part 3 – Subordinate courts

7.      Chapter 11 – Devolved Government.
